Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders, so we ask you to use your own registered shipping service to ship your item. Please also note that we are not responsible for the safety of the product, the return of which is in transit and has not been delivered to our address.
All expenses incurred return shipment are at the customer’s expense. In case of a fee, upon receipt of the parcel, our consultant will contact you to notify you of the payment of the fee

Return shipping for UAE orders is AED 60. Your return cost will be reimbursed to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
If you visit the Post Meridiem store in Dubai, you have the option to return or exchange purchased items free of charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
